VIVID VISION COPYWRITER

Conscious Copy & Co. is now hiring for a Vivid Vision Copywriter.
We are a copywriting agency & training company that helps entrepreneurs communicate their vision and message through the power of the written word.
We’re growing fast and are expanding our team of Vivid Vision writers so we can help more entrepreneurs and business owners bring their Vivid Vision to life.

Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to write Vivid Visions (more on this below!) for Conscious Copy & Co. clients with a client satisfaction rating of 9+ NPS. The person in this role obsesses on writing engaging copy that pops off the page while still being in the clients voice.
You will have three primary roles:
- Lead Vivid Vision Expander Sessions with Conscious Copy & Co. clients to unpack their vision. Additional research is highly encouraged to understand each client’s voice.
- Write copy in the client’s voice for their 3-year Vivid Vision, with the client’s goals in mind, while utilizing the Conscious Copy & Co. toolkit.
- Participate in Conscious Copy & Co. process calls to ensure that timelines, deadlines, and standards are being met.

What you’ll be doing…
First, what is a Vivid Vision?
A Vivid Vision is THE most important document a company can have. It paints a vivid picture of what a company looks like and feels like 3 years into the future, as if it’s already happened.
As Vivid Vision writer, you’ll extract the vision from inside the entrepreneur’s mind and transform it into words that pop off the page and rally the reader to action.
We believe that an entrepreneur’s Vivid Vision is their sales page for their future so their company’s future is a place they and their team want to visit. And you’re here to help them write it.
Clients and team members agree-this is one of the most creative and fun experiences to help grow a company. You’ll serve a critical role in co-creating the future.
On the onboarding call, you’ll step inside a time machine with the client and arrive 3 years into the future. You’ll interview them on everything they see, hear, and feel in different areas of their business, as if it’s already happened. You’ll help them sort their thoughts and ask questions to help them dig deeper so they can simply show up and share.
You’ll create a draft 1 of the copy using the onboarding call notes and materials provided by the client, and our internal writing checklists and scorecards. You’ll make the vision clear, powerful, and exciting, so their team, partners. vendors, and clients are motivated to help them make it happen.
You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager, Copy Chief, and Editor to polish the draft before we send it to the client. The client will provide feedback and you’ll flip the copy into a draft 2. You’ll follow the same process to create the final copy.
The end product is a 5-6 page document clients can print out and hang on their office wall that gets team members, partners, vendors, and clients excited to hop on board and help make the vision a reality.

Do You Qualify?
At Conscious Copy & Co. we believe in positive momentum over scattered motion. That’s why we’re looking for the right candidate who has the perfect combination of being driven by purpose and fueled by passion, a past experience in a role like this, and is open to being coached to their next level of growth.
MBA’s, GPA’s, and degrees aren’t what we’re looking for over here, although if you have them, that’s great! What matters more is that your heart is in it and you have a track record of getting shit done!

Required:
- You’re savvy with online databases and software including Infusionsoft, Asana, Slack, Google, Trello, etc.
- You have 2+ years experience in copywriting or content writing
- You have strong grammar skills
Preferred:
- You have worked for an online service/training company.
- You have 5+ years experience in copywriting or creative content writing
- You have knowledge in direct response marketing.
Other Requirements In Role:
- Available to work 8am to 6pm PST, 5 Days A Week (Hours are flexible)
The Pay
Project Based Contractor depending on experience and capabilites.
Work remotely: save $5K/year in commuting costs and 100+ hrs each year (aka 2 ½ extra weeks vacation time)
