PROJECT MANAGER

Conscious Copy & Co. is now hiring for a Project Manager.
We are a copywriting agency & training company that helps entrepreneurs communicate their vision and message through their copy.
We are growing fast and are expanding our client support team to reach and help more entrepreneurs and business owners. That’s where you come in!
Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to create a successful client journey for our agency and training services. The person in this role will be responsible for a client satisfaction rating of 9+ NPS and developing & executing a process to invite clients into additional ways to work with Conscious Copy & Co. through upsells, cross sells, and referral programs.
You will have three primary roles:
- Be the lead on our client agency projects, making sure client projects move forward and we create an awesome experience for them while helping them get results.
- Conduct Vivid Vision Onboarding Calls with our clients to help them gain clarity of their vision and ensure we have all the information needed to write and design their Vivid Vision.
- Invite our current clients into additional ways we can support them through our services and referrals.
Conscious Copy is seeking a Project Manager who can deliver seamless and superior service to our amazing clients.
In order to be a good fit for this role, you need to be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, helping clients success, and supporting our team.
The right candidate will be responsible for nurturing (and strengthening) new and existing client relationships and ensuring we are (over)delivering on what we promise.
This includes supporting the Relationship Manager with new client engagements as well as day-to-day management of client projects.
Additionally, this position ensures we consistently reach our client’s goals, timelines, and deliver a high-quality product on time and on budget.
What you’ll be doing…
Day to day you’ll oversee our client projects, making sure all the moving pieces are on track and completed with excellence. You’ll also assist the Copy and Design teams in sharing information, facilitating project updates, sending project deliverables, and maintaining open lines of communication between our clients and team. You’ll help the Relationship Manager monitor our capacity for new projects and forecast our capacity to take on new clients.
Our internal systems and processes are ever-changing as we are constantly discovering more efficient ways to create our final products and services. You’ll be part of creating new processes and refining the old as we optimize what works and what doesn’t work for our team and our clients.
You’ll also have the opportunity to attend our high-end workshops where we support our clients in a fun, intimate way, as well as attend high-caliber events that we sponsor and/or speak at where you’ll be involved in planning.

Outcomes/Responsibilities
- Amazing Client Experience: Create a smooth, simple, and consistent prospect/client experience that is documented and deployed. You’ll act as the day-to-day point of contact for client projects (with support from the Relationship Manager). The goal: Have our prospects & clients be our #1 fans and want to refer us to everyone because of how well they are treated.
- Project Manager: Support in the development and execution of client projects, adhere to project timelines, and review and manage weekly project reports and time sheets to identify and proactively resolve issues. Conduct research to support clients during project onboardings, send client deliverables in a prompt and timely manner, and maintain an accurate account of contact, lead, and opportunity information in our CRM system.
- Nurture Client Relationships: Support the Sales Team in nurturing client relationships and actively participate in weekly team and client meetings to foster strong relationships. Proactively identify new opportunities to provide additional services that help our clients succeed.

Do You Qualify?

MBA’s, GPA’s, and degrees aren’t what we’re looking for over here, although if you have them, that’s great! What matters more is that your heart is in it and you have a track record of getting shit done!

Required:
- You have 2+ years experience in a Project Manager role.
- You’re savvy with online databases and software including Infusionsoft, Asana, Slack, Google, Trello, etc.
- You experience in customer service and communicating with clients in a clear and effective way.
Preferred:
- You have worked for an online service/training company.
- You have 5+ years experience in a Project Manager Role.
Other Requirements In Role:
- Available to work 8am to 6pm PST, 5 Days A Week (Hours are flexible)
- Available to attend sponsorship events throughout the year, our Conscious Copy Workshops, and other industry-leading events.
The Pay
20-25 hours/week – $30/hour
Work remotely if you choose: save $5K/year in commuting costs and 100+ hrs each year (aka 2 ½ extra weeks vacation time)
