We’re a copywriting company that helps vision-driven entrepreneurs communicate their message through the power of the written word.
We’re growing fast and are expanding our client support team to reach and help more entrepreneurs and business owners.

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, hard-working Client Manager to be responsible for our company’s client projects. You should have a proven track record of being a hard worker with excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail, who knows how to follow through and meet deadlines.
The purpose of this role is to successfully manage the client journey through our agency and training services, as well as for our internal projects, while staying flexible and well organized. You will be working closely with both our team and clients to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. The person in this role will be responsible for contributing to a client satisfaction rating of 9+ NPS.

You will have three primary roles:
- Lead our client projects (mainly our Vivid Vision process), communicating with clients’ deadlines, feedback, and next steps to ensure their projects are completed on time and with fabulous service.
- Manage the timelines and action items for internal projects including workshops, marketing initiatives, and SOPs.
- Update & create systems and processes related to our client delivery so we can consistently deliver what we promise at scale.
Conscious Copy is seeking a Client Manager who can deliver seamless and superior service to our clients.

The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring we are (over)delivering on what we promise.
This includes supporting the Relationship Manager with new client engagements as well as the day-to-day management of external and internal client projects.
Additionally, this position ensures we consistently reach our clients’ goals, timelines, and deliver a high-quality product on time and on budget.
What you’ll be doing:
Day to day you’ll oversee our client projects, making sure all the moving pieces are on track and completed with excellence. You’ll also assist the Copy and Design teams in sharing information, facilitating project updates, sending project deliverables, and maintaining open lines of communication between our clients and team. You’ll help the Relationship Manager monitor our capacity for new projects and forecast our capacity to take on new clients.
Our internal systems and processes are ever-changing as we are constantly discovering more efficient ways to create our final products and services. You’ll be a part of creating new processes and refining the old ones as we optimize what works and what doesn’t work for our team and our clients.

Outcomes/Responsibilities
- High-End Client Experience: Create a smooth, simple, and consistent client experience that is documented and deployed. You’ll act as the day-to-day point of contact for client projects (with support from the Relationship Manager). The goal: Have our clients be our #1 fans who want to refer us to everyone they know because of how well they are treated.
- Project Management: Support the development and execution of multiple client projects within our project management software, create and adhere to project timelines, prepare weekly project reports, and review and manage weekly project reports and time sheets to identify cost-saving measures and proactively resolve issues. Send client deliverables in a prompt and timely manner, and maintain an accurate account of contact, lead, and opportunity information in our CRM system.
- Nurture Client Relationships: Support the Sales Team in nurturing client relationships and actively participate in weekly team and client meetings to foster strong relationships. Proactively identify new opportunities to provide additional services that help our clients succeed.

Do You Qualify?

MBAs, GPAs, and degrees aren’t what we’re looking for over here, although if you have them, that’s great! What matters more is that your heart is in it and you have a track record of getting shit done!

Required:
- You have 2+ years experience in a Client Management role.
- You’re savvy with online databases and software including Infusionsoft, Asana, Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, etc.
- You have 2+ years experience in customer service and communicating with clients in a clear and effective way.
Preferred:
- You have worked for an online service/training company.
- You have 5+ years experience in a Client Management role.
- You have 5+ years experience in customer service and communicating with clients in a clear and effective way.
Other Requirements In Role:
- Available to work 9am – 6pm PST, 5 days a week (Hours are flexible)
The Pay
Work 30 – 35 hours per week, $4,000 a month
Work remotely: Save $5K/year in commuting costs and 100+ hrs each year (aka 2 ½ extra weeks vacation time).
